Raiize is a fundraising intelligence tool that provides personalized advice, action plans, and coaching based on your startup context. It is designed to assist founders — it does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
Raiize is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Raiize provides information and suggestions based on real founder experience and publicly available fundraising knowledge. Results are not guaranteed. Investor meetings, term sheets, and funding outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raiize and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
