Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Raiize ("we", "our") is a fundraising intelligence tool built and operated by Yanis Anteur (MiraLab). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Email address — provided at checkout via Stripe, used to deliver your API key and service notifications.
- Stripe customer ID and subscription status — to manage your access.
- API key — a randomly generated token tied to your email. Never stored in plain text externally.
- Conversation context — answers you provide to Raiize's fundraising questions are stored temporarily (up to 2 hours) to maintain conversation continuity. This data is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than delivering your session's action plan.
- Action plan items — your generated action plan steps are saved so you can track progress across sessions.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect payment card data (handled entirely by Stripe).
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on EU infrastructure. Email delivery is handled by Postmark. All connections use TLS encryption.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days. Conversation context is automatically deleted after 2 hours of inactivity.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email meleor@raiize.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Raiize does not use cookies on its website. The OAuth authentication flow uses a short-lived session token stored in memory only, which expires after 5 minutes.
